In August 30, “Most Beautiful Green County Roads in Zhejiang Province” Selecting Activity that was jointly organized by Greening and Wetland Protection Committee of Zhejiang Province, Housing and Construction Department of Zhejiang Province, Department of Transportation of Zhejiang Province, and Department of Forestry of Zhejiang Province, brought to a successful close. Taihe Road – Chunxiao Highway in Beilun District was selected into “Top Ten Most Beautiful Green County Roads in Zhejiang Province”, and was also the only county road in the whole city that won this title. Taihe Road – Chunxiao Highway is located at Daqi Street – Chunxiao Street of our district, the construction distance is 11.8km, and average width of a single side is 15m. Since 2011, the district deepens ecological environment harnessing at both sides of the road, actively boosts green promoting engineering along the line, and assign special conservation personnel to make plant pruning and cleaning regularly, and the gross green area involved is 350,000 sq.m.
