Ningbo Municipal Transport Labor Union was awarded the star-rated labor union

Lately, Ningbo Municipal Federation of Trade Unions published the list of Ningbo Five-star Energetic Primary Labor Unions and Demonstration Primary Labor Unions 2017, 12 primary labor unions from the transport system were awarded the five-star energetic primary labor unions. Notably, Ningbo Mass Transit Group was also awarded the demonstration primary labor union.

From 2017, Ningbo Municipal Transport Labor Union further promoted the building of “Energetic Primary Trade Union”, leveraged the function of primary unit, assigned the main role to workers, stressed quality, increased vitality, highlighted innovation efforts, sought practical results, deepened the building of star-rated labor union, improved the assessment system for primary labor unions, upgrading the working level of primary labor unions, combined the assessment of primary labor unions, the building of star-rated labor union and the selection of merit members of labor union, promoted project-based management of key research programs on primary trade unions, reviewed and examined key research programs, rewarded the results of premium research programs, and laid a solid foundation for the standardized construction of primary labor union.
