On the morning of 15 January 2019, the municipal government held the municipal work steering team conference on Spring Festival Travel Rush at the Administration Conference Center, attended the video and telephone conference of Spring Festival Travel Rush of Zhejiang, then convened the video and telephone conference of Spring Festival Travel Rush of Ningbo. Jin Weiping stressed four points: first, never take relax or slack off; second,
take all factors into account, investigate and judge the work status promptly;
third, focus on “safety” and “service”; fourth, strengthen inspection and
supervision.
After the video and telephone conference of Spring
Festival Travel Rush of Zhejiang, Ningbo Municipality held the video and
telephone conference of Spring Festival Travel Rush of Ningbo, more than 60
representatives from 40 Spring Festival Travel Rush work guarantee units
including Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department, Municipal

Spring Festival Travel Rush Work of Administration Committee stayed tuned at
the parallel session.
Wu Zhihong introduced the Spring Festival Travel Rush of
this year and the main work schedule. In 2019, the passenger flow during the
Spring Festival Travel Rush of Ningbo is expected to slightly increase over the
last year, the transportation structure will sustainably change, the transportation
demand for railway and civil aviation transportation will increase at a fast
speed, the road passenger transportation capacity will continue to decrease,
the water passenger transportation capacity is going to level off. Three

mounted; third, the public expectation on beautiful travel is getting higher.
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of Spring Festival Travel Rush,

control, strengthen safety; improve emergency response, strengthen
capabilities; improve supply, strengthen service level; improve integrity,
strengthen civilization.
Deputy Secretary-General Jin Weiping requested all
governments and authorities to seriously communicate and practice the words
delivered by Vice Governor Mr. Gao Xingfu at the work session of Zhejiang
Spring Festival Travel Rush, grasped the requirement for high quality, adhered
to high-quality organization, and adhered to high-quality guarantee.
Considering the characteristics of Ningbo’s Spring Festival Travel Rush, he
further requested Ningbo to realize “5+creations” for the Spring Festival
