Bus Company kicked off the 120-day “Safety Production” rectification event from 10 June to ensure that all enterprises could engage in safety production stably and orderly under hot weather.
To control the driving safety strictly. During the special
rectification event, conducted safety inspection along the key lines and key
personnel in the form of self-inspection, mutual inspection and joint
inspection on buses or at fixed stops, especially at the crossroads, rushing
traffic lights (running red light and rushing yellow light), fatigue,
out-of-mind, courtesy of zebra line, bad driving behavior, standard parking,
standard security inspection (wearing red armbands) and other violations. Rectified
any violations identified in the inspection, formed a closed loop of safety
work, and strictly controlled the occurrence of violations and accidents
(including passenger injury accident).

During the special rectification event, executives of Bus Company implemented
safety supervision on site phase by phase to check the work routines of
first-line managers on site, monthly safety warning information, the “daily
warning” education status of bus lines and shifts, especially inspected
personnel and tracked the supervision process And they also checked the
knowledge and understanding of first-line operators for safety warning targets,
real-time safety education contents, sharing of typical cases and prevention of
accidents, and reinforced the effective management of safety production work.
To implement comprehensive governance strictly. During the
special rectification event, supervised and checked the daily traffic order in comprehensive
site, parking order of buses at night, public security and firefighting
facilities at key sites, correctly guide pedestrians to walk by zebra line, all
battery cars, private cars and buses must drive and park according to traffic
rules. Any vehicle to repaired should be placed at where specified, in order to
ensure that the internal safety management goes smoothly. In addition,
investigated the staff violations in the special rectification, supported,
educated and monitored “key personnel”, in order to make the staff members
harmonious and stable.
Facing the upcoming
hot weather and serious, challenging work of current safe production, Bus
Company attached great importance to o this special rectification event, took
the responsibility as safe production subject strictly, strengthened field management
with “zero tolerance” attitude to ensure that the liability system of all
safety hazards identified during the special rectification event should be
established, implemented and rectified, and to provide a strong support for
guarding public order and security in the “70th anniversary after the founding
of the People’s Republic of China”.
